Chandigarh: In a spine-chilling incident, a man was brutally murdered in a busy market at Mahendragarh in Haryana. The horrific incident was caught on a camera. The video shows two brothers hitting a man lying on the road with his face upside down. The men fled after the incident.
The brothers allegedly had some personal enmity with the victim. They had chased the man before killing him by striking forcefully with rods. In January, a report in The Tribune had claimed that Mahendragarh district reported a worrying increase of 60 percent in cases of murder in 2017.
